FINANCIAL POLICY

We hope your experience with our Dental Practice has been a pleasant one. We are determined to provide the best dental care possible to all our patients. In continuing to do this we have implemented changes in the past that have been working well for both our office and our patients.

We understand the importance of excellent Dental Care, Orthodontic or otherwise and the positive impact a confident smile can make in your life. In many cases a treatment plan can exceed your insurance carrier’s coverage limit. To help make dental services more affordable we offer three (3) financial programs. They are Care Credit, Chase Health Advance, and Citi Health. Patients with and without insurance can take advantage of these wonderful programs. By completing a simple application we can pre-qualify you. All of these companies offer several options of payment such as: Extended payment plans and same as cash with no penalties for pre-payment. There is no application fee and it is strictly voluntary. If you choose to pay by other means we also accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, money orders, and bank issued cashiers checks. (PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED)

Also please note that payments are required at the time of treatment. Patients with insurance are required to pay their entire portion at their appointed time since we no longer send statements. As a courtesy to our insurance patients we will bill at the time of treatment and any amount due after the claim has been processed is the patients responsibility and will be subsequently billed back to the patient. Filing insurance claims is a service we provide without charge and in no way relieves our patients of the responsibility of any balance.
